Our Rooms

Our B&B offers 11 Double Rooms and, for those who wish to have more privacy, 2 small Apartments. Some accomodations are at the ground floor while others at the first floor. We offer Standard Double Rooms and Double Rooms with a View overlooking San Gimignano.

All of our rooms are different from each other, since they maintain the original structure of the old cottage. All are furnished according to the typical Tuscan style, in a simple but functional way. In each room you will find: a complete set of sponge towels, acourtesy kit, an hairdryer, a desk and a wardrobe.

By our choice you will not find any television, as we want our guests to enjoy the serenity of the surrounding places and of nature.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date   >   No charge

City Tax (Suspended for 2020)

 The municipality of San Gimignano requires a tax of € 2,50 per day per person for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
This is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly on site by our guests, in cash, and it is subjected to the exemptions and reductions provided for the municipal regulations.
